So I know its very likely possible that plugins can be built in typescript, but struggling to build a backend and language detector plugins. (working within the constraints of a very rigid system) (if it is possible, any examples of really any plugins built in typescript woudl be helpful).
Even just some pointers. I started down the road of building a class that implements
BackendModule
. It populates all the expected types for the methods I want to implement, but exporting that class, and then adding it to the initialization.use(MyBackend)
is failing because it acts like it cant read type property (ModuleType), and it doesnt matter if I include that in my class or just expect it to be provided as a part of theBackendModule<T>
interface.Error:
and that line is the
.use(MyBackend)
MyBackend.ts
Not the end of the world, but I'm just far more used to building things with typescript than pure js
