SATP depends on a bridge implementation to conduct its protocol. Design and develop an enterprise-grade bridge specification and implementation for Fabric and EVM. This has synergies with https://wiki.hyperledger.org/display/INTERN/Cacti%3A+Core+Operators+Modules+for+DLTs
