Roadmap to integrate HLF-Operator with cert-manager?

I would like to know if it is possible to use Cert-Manager for the creation of CA certificates?
is there a way to tell the HLF-Operator to use certs deployed by cert-manager ?

Why is this needed?

I am looking to explore the HLF-Operator to dynamically add remove peers from a DLN as well as dynamically changing the DLN configuration.
My current solution uses cert-manager for creating all CA certificates. I'm wondering if there is a way to leverage the HLF-Operator but at the same time use cert manager for the CA stuff?
