Hlf-operator not working on Azure K8 cluster

What happened?

Not work on azure cluster, CA pod not starting (Pending status) for one azure storage class wiith delete reclaim policy and if custom storate class with Retain policy then CA in crashloop back off and shows DB locked in CA pod locks.

What did you expect to happen?

Not work on azure cluster, CA pod not starting (Pending status) for one azure storage class wiith delete reclaim policy and if custom storate class with Retain policy then CA in crashloop back off and shows DB locked in CA pod locks.

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

Try on Azure cluster.
