Logger not available in 0.9.8

indicates the availability of a hyperion logger, but accessing it as described failed:

My system:
hyperion 0.9.8, Python 3.5 on macOSX 10.12.6 via conda, using conda-forge channel.

@michaelaye - sorry for the delay in replying, I think hyperion switched to use the astropy logger and the docs weren't updated. However, I think now I know more about loggers it doesn't make sense to use astropy's, and we should switch back to have a dedicated hyperion one.
