Windows install fails with 2.0.15 release

Windows installation fails on 2.0.15 release

Steps to reproduce

Download zip or exe or last release, execute install file

What is expected?

Installation succesfull

What is actually happening?

Install fails due to file permissions error, while the application has been shut down through GUI.
Had to manually close the background process "Hyperion Ambient Lighting", exiting the GUI didn't shut it down properly, preveting the update via exe or zip files.
Update works fine having the background process shut down
