Allow processing delay without smoothing

Allow to define a delay in ms or frames without executing Smoothing.

What problem does this feature solve?

In case the TV screen is behind the captured image a delay in processing is required.
As not every LED devices requires external smoothing, smoothing should not be enforced to get processing delays.

What does the proposed API look like?

How should this be implemented in your opinion?

Add a "smooting" type of No-Smooting, but with Delay.
