This release incorporates some significant improvements.

• Adjusts default ploidy levels to 0.25 and the default JML significance level to 0.9999
• Adds a few datasets for testing.
• Adds dependencies that speed up the websocket layer.
• Switches to the new request model, using HTTP for HTTP-y things.

Version 4.0.0, beta 16

This version fixes an issue we noticed today where we forgot to show the JML results.

It also tells BEAST to interpret the DNA as mitochondrial DNA via the ploidy="0.5" parameter, which is what BEAUti sets internally.

(I've also got a number of UI improvements, the most notable of which is that all of the informative blocks now show up beneath the graph, instead of above it. That includes the nonmonophyly, omitted sequences, and JML results.)

Also notable is what this doesn't have: we've decided to avoid reducing the chain length to from 10M to 1M, because we get some wonky output at 1M:

We've decided to leave it at 10 million because that looks like why we normally see, and we were only going to reduce it to save runtime. Hopefully our parallelization efforts bear fruit, and we won't feel the need to shrink the chain length any longer!
