“Clear Queue” Button is ambiguous #6887

In admin >information > background-jobs there a button “Clear Queue”
Button text is ambiguous. We may think

queue run?
or delete queued items?

I would suggest changing the button text to "Remove all queued jobs" ?
OR / AND , may be a warning popup "WARNING: Queued jobs will not run"

I would prefer to delete this button completely. Normally there should be no reason to do this.

If necessary, this can also be done via the console.
