Feature Request

As per the subject, please support text-to-music task similar to musicgen by meta
https://github.com/facebookresearch/audiocraft/blob/main/docs/MUSICGEN.md

Motivation

Better open source models for text-to-music generation, and options for private orgs to make their own models for music.
