Ember client throws uncaught ClosedChannelException

I have a small problem with errors occurring on the service, and I'm not quite sure what to do.

Specifically:
I have service A which heavily interacts with 3 other services synchronously: B, C, D, using the same HTTP client instance - EMBER http4s.

and can observe multiple errors:

This error comes directly from an uncaught exception and is logged by IOApp#reportFailure This doesn't cause any issues in the sense that some requests don't finish, but it does clutter the logs significantly.

We use http client with the configuration:

EmberClientBuilder
    .default[IO]
    .withTimeout(httpClientConfig.requestTimeout) // 45 sec 
    .withIdleConnectionTime(httpClientConfig.ideTimeout) // 60 sec
    .withIdleTimeInPool(httpClientConfig.maxIdleTimeInPool) // 5 sec
    .withMaxTotal(httpClientConfig.maxTotalConnections) // 100

Has anyone encountered such an error regarding the thread pool for the client? Or do you have any ideas why this is happening, or better yet, how to prevent this error from occurring?

Have you tried updating to the latest version?

I've checked with latest changes and problem doesn't occur.
Previously I've screen release notes and spot ClosedChannelException in earlier version than mine so I didn't try it so far.
