Fatal errors and password protect

I have tried to password protect a page on a website I am maintaining and this feature won't work. I contacted the host to troubleshoot and they found the below errors and said to contact the theme developer to alert them of the issue as they believe it's causing the conflict. I am not the developer who used this theme, and I have no experience with it. Is this something that can be fixed?
