Migrate to Bndtools

I'm going to migrate all of the code to Bndtools. This should make future development easier. Along with this migration will be a re-work of how Jersey is consumed which should fix some outstanding issues with dependencies.

Convert the following bundles to Bndtools:

• com.eclipsesource.jaxrs.publisher
• com.eclipsesource.jaxrs.consumer
• com.eclipsesource.jaxrs.provider.gson
• com.eclipsesource.jaxrs.provider.moxy
• com.eclipsesource.jaxrs.provider.multipart
• com.eclipsesource.jaxrs.provider.security
• com.eclipsesource.jaxrs.provider.sse
• com.eclipsesource.jaxrs.provider.swagger

Miscellaneous items:

• Get TravisCI build working
• Build a P2 repository

I'm no longer doing OSGi development. I've switched to JavaScript. Feel free to take up the charge to get this done.
