What should happen

Select cheats in DB or Ini format and move them to the corresponding folder.

On PC, we already have this option, but only with DB files.

On Android, this would be beneficial or more convenient, as Android is increasingly restricting access to the android/data folder. And most file managers won't be able to access that directory, at least not with convenient methods.

Additionally, I believe many people already choose to install PPSSPP in the android/data folder.

With this new option, all you need to do is select the .ini or .db file, and it will move it to the cheats folder in PPSSPP.

I also think it shouldn't have an identifier, meaning the user can move any .ini file without knowing if it's for the specific game. If the cheats appear, then it was indeed for the indicated game, and if not, then it wasn't.
