Why does the value of Bitcoin still depend on market adjustments in traditional finance?

The touchstone with which you measure something determines the value of the thing you are measuring.

If the world measures Bitcoin in dollars, then it can be said that this asset will be affected by the growing and falling movements of the US dollar.

That is why it is important to find a new unit of measurement: gold (XAU) is not without defects but at least is not directly or indirectly influenced by governments.

The price of gold derives from its scarcity or abundance, but it is not possible to raise or to lower this value from evening to morning. Gold must be searched, found, mined, worked and finally placed on the market to determine a movement on its value. And this is possible with great limitations.

For these reasons we should start thinking to measuring the cryptocurrencies' countervalue in gold (XAU).
