Unknown Address on random transactions. #612

Does anyone have an idea why this transaction would return Unknown address for the from address.

I've seeing this behaviour before while running on testnet, and assumed it was related to that. But now I'm seeing this happening on mainnet.

Hey @LF4ce ,

Addresses for inputs (from addresses) are parsed from the public keys or their hashes in those inputs. In your case, inputs are spending SegWit outputs, so they don't have needed data in inputs. They instead located in witness data, which is not provided by the most of the nodes.
