Title: OpenAPI Testing Support:

Proposal description:
Issue #470 pretty much sums it up. Bringing OpenAPI Testing Support to Hoppscotch. It would be great if we are able to load Swagger Files and convert them to collections. I will be focusing on Swagger/OSD2 for now. We can work on OSD3 in the future.

Proposal roadmap:

1. Learning more about Swagger, OpenAPI and working on Hoppscotch
2. A simple button which Pops up a dialog and asks user to upload file. I am thinking of adding it here
   
3. A Parser which parses the Swagger file in a format hopscotch can understand.
4. Logic which imports parsed file as a collection

I know proposal is little vague, since I have not spent much time with Hoppscotch's source code, but currently I am working on #1999 which will help me in understanding how thing work in Hoppscotch.
