Describe the bug
The Drawer component doesn't properly react to height changes in Safari on iOS.

To Reproduce

Open https://hope-ui.com/docs/getting-started in Safari on iOS
Open the nav menu (or use the Drawer example)
Scroll on the non-covered area to expand/retract the Safari browser chrome

Expected behavior
The Drawer should be full height both when the Safari browser chrome is expanded and when its retracted
