Feature Request: RES UI-only Night Mode

What's the problem?

So kind of like #1029, but not exactly.

I have my own userstyle for Reddit, and it doesn't really work well when the RES Night Mode is also enabled, they kind of break each other. And I was more wondering, would it be possible to have a toggle that only sets Night Mode for RES' UI, and doesn't theme the rest of the site.

To be clear, by RES UI, I mean RES popups and settings

This might sound kinda niche, but it would make it easier for users who also use custom userstyles, as they would:

1. Not have to write their own theming for the RES UI
2. Not have to worry about RES Night Mode breaking their userstyles
