Expected Behavior

Changes in MQTT infrastructure do not affect operation

Actual Behavior

Blackout or reconfiguration of an MQTT broker breaks the system, causes a need for a quick step-dance to shorten the downtime

Required Changes

Provide ability to publish and listen with multiple MQTT brokers so that changes in MQTT ecosystem don't cause downtime, or at least cause minimal downtime
