Device model, version and app version

Model Name: Apple M1 Pro
macOS Version: 14.4.1 (23E224)
App Version: 2024.4.1 (2024.650)
Safari Version: Version 17.4.1 (19618.1.15.11.14)

Home Assistant Core Version

Describe the bug
in macOS app there is a "What's New?" section in main level of app preferences, but it does nothing when clicked.

It also shows up in Servers section. It's clickable and works there, but seems like an awkward / unintended location for it.

To Reproduce
Open preferences in macOS app

Expected behavior
Makes more sense to be hidden from settings on macOS and instead placed in the "About Home Assistant" screen (see below screenshot)
