Matter Server: cannot select primary network interface

I saw a merged pull request that would have allowed specifying a custom primary interface for the matter server.

I keep my wifi iot device on a separate network which is not set as primary in the haos settings, so the commissioning keeps failing.

Is there a setting that I'm missing, somehow?
