Third-party library zlib is outdated

The version of the third party library zlib in directory windows/third-party/zlib-1.2.11 is outdated.
The most recent version of zlib is 1.2.13 (released on October 13, 2022), and this version also contains a fix for at least one security-related bug, CVE-2022-37434. I am not sure whether libmysofa is affected by this problem, but it is probably better to update to 1.2.13, because the versions 1.2.12 and 1.2.13 contain other fixes as well.

Libmysofa does not call inflateGetHeader thus here is no security risk. Anyhow, if urgent, please provide a patch.

Versions 1.2.12 and 1.2.13 of zlib contain other bugfixes, too, so it might be worth to update even if the inflateGetHeader function is not used.

Unfortunately, I do not have the proper build toolchain for Windows available at the moment, so I probably won't be able to provide a working patch.
