Did you make a self-signed certificate to be a pretend Let's Encrypt certificate? It causes certificate errors in Tor Browser.

$ openssl verify -CAfile /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt -untrusted librex-datura-network-chain.pem librex-datura-network.pem
CN = librex.datura.network
error 20 at 0 depth lookup: unable to get local issuer certificate
error librex-datura-network.pem: verification failed

Btw, LibreX is no longer maintained. Use Ahwxorg/LibreY
