Do you have a comment on how best to deal with buffer overruns?
I find that they occur frequently, and when I get x,y,z as 0,0,0 the RM3100 stops filling the buffer with new data but just keeps writing the previous data.

I should have mentioned that this only occurs with the i2c bus. the SPI bus orks as expected.
