After refunding a part of the doctor fee, the balance is not updated in Payment.

explain:
After making a channel booking, I refunded part of the doctor fee.
Doctor Fee = 2000
Refunded Value = 1500

The balance due to the doctor is not updated in "Pay Session"
Balance = 500
