Encryption doesn't prompt me to generate key #2639

Describe the bug
I am not prompted to generate an encryption key in the plugin settings, making the feature unusable.

To Reproduce

Go to Preferences, Items, Encryption

Expected behavior
There should be a button prompting me to "Generate New Keys"

(Get details from copyq version command if possible.)

Application Version: 8.0.0
OS: Windows 11 Version 23H2
