Apply_recipe task info should write whether the printed numbers are ix or id

in runmanager._apply_recipe we print the atom ixs of the reaction: logger.info(f"Recipe: {recipe.get_recipe_name()}") but I think it is not clear to the user that those are ixs (and maybe we shouldnt expose our internal ix numbers at all)

solution:
write that it is ix or change to id or write both
