Add support for running TSQL specific functions

Currently, only generic SQL functions that are supported by all languages are in the system. However, sometimes language specific functions (such as TSQL Is_Member()) need to be utilised. Add in support for specifying the function name and specifying arguments to the function in a generic function expression so that any SQL language specific function can be utilised.
