Since GHC has improved a lot over the last few years it would be nice to release some newer versions of the packages (right now mu-haskell is marked at broken in nixpkgs for example). 馃殌

I think this is blocked by #340, which itself is blocked by haskell-grpc-native/http2-client#79.
