Geomap - Separators for Alaska and Hawaii are visible outside the plot on zoom extending into the legend area

Expected behavior

The separators should be cropped and not extend into the legend area.

Actual behavior

For map of United States of America and projection type WebMercator, when we zoom in near alaska and hawaii, the lines that separate those points are not cropped at plot border but they extend out of plot into legend.

This is a bug, inset lines should be cut together with map shapes.
