Error with cordova-plugin-firebase

This module also conflicts with the cordova-admob plugin. See this issue: #41

In the issue I filed, I presented a solution (remove two lines from plugin.xml). It's a quick and easy fix.

Apparently, the maintainer of this plugin is asleep at the wheel. If he's not going to maintain it, then the least he could do would be to add someone as a collaborator (I would volunteer) and give us commit and publish privileges, as well as the ability to publish new versions to npm.
