Plan Nacional de Ortofotografía Aérea (PNOA) is a co-financed and cooperative project between the General State Administration (AGE) of Spain and the autonomous communities that is part of the National Plan of Observation of the Territory (PNOT), being coordinated by the National Geographic Institute (IGN) and the National Center of Geographic Information (CNIG).
