Use Vugu at client side (FR)

Using Vugu for client development maybe better than JS/HTML. With Vugu, we can use Golang for dev client side.
I hope hexya-erp switch to / or support Vugu.

For now, we use the Odoo client side which works almost out of the box with Hexya and has tons of features that would take years to recode in Vugu.

Yet, that would certainly be in the (very) long term plans.
