Add way to modify generated xorg.config

To enable overclocking, the Nvidia driver requires the coolbits set. It would be beneficial if there were a method to incorporate additional options into the generated template or to create a custom template. This would be particularly useful for configuring specific screen settings when docked with an eGPU rack, among other potential uses.
