Support MicroProfile 6.1 (umbrella spec, slide deck) This requires upgrading the following specifications:

• MicroProfile JWT Authentication 2.1
• MicroProfile Metrics 5.1 #8004
• MicroProfile OpenAPI 3.1.1
• MicroProfile Telemetry 1.1 #8728
• MicroProfile Rest Client 3.0.1 #8729
• Certify Jakarta EE 10 Core Profile

Compatibility

6.1 should be fully compatibly with 6.0. As stated in the 6.1 spec: "Based on MicroProfile’s time-boxed release process, this is a minor release that does not include backward incompatible changes."

Documentation

• Update docs to change MicroProfile umbrella version "6" to "6.1", plus other MP spec versions that have changed.
