I'm having some trouble finding package versions that are compatible for our backends in ibis (conda-forge/ibis-framework-feedstock#48).

There are some new features in pyarrow 1.0 that BigQuery uses to support timestamp datatypes (googleapis/python-bigquery#209), so I'm having to pin an older version of google-cloud-bigquery in order to be able to install the BigQuery backend alongside pymapd.
