Cue Sheet Modified

I noticed that the cuesheet is updated when executing the split, which shouldn't happen. It isn't if the file is read-only, which doesn't cause any issue either.

PS: many thanks for continuing this great program. I'd like to suggest adding an output directory setting (equivalent to --dir in the command-line version).
