Describe the bug

When location is missing from our dataset (was removed from health point for example), the location page looks broken

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://vaxx.nz/locations/epsom-vaccination-centre-1081960323
  2. See broken page

Screenshots
If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

Additional context
We should show a nice 'location not found' page and explain that the user might have gotten a link to a location which was previously listed as a vaccination site, but currently isn't.
