Please include the following information when filing Hackage package issues

  1. How and when was the maintainer for the package requiring action contacted?
  2. If available, a link to the filed issue in the upstream issue tracker
  3. If not evident from 2., how to reproduce the issue (and if known, how to fix it)
  4. How critical is this, what's the impact of this breakage? E.g. how many dependent packages are affected by this? Which GHC versions are affected?
