How to call key/value multiples in a survey

Good afternoon,
Guys, I'm creating an automation in ansible automation playbook that calls terraform to create an application in Azure. I managed to create it but I wanted to know if it was possible to call all the tags in a variable line through the survey, what should be the way to call several keys and values, such as:
kay=value\key=value or "key"="value";"key"="value"

Does anyone know how?
