Allow slash in nomad-pack ref (git tags with slashes)

Hi, we have s nomad-pack registry that's a monorepo, and to follow all other naming conventions that we're using we would like to use the tags as "pack-name/vX.Y.Z".

Currently this is not possible because when the command downloads the repository it will create an extra folder (due to that slash) and will not be found when deploying.

Do you think this is viable? Thanks.
