What is the container port of consul dataplane side car? #3547

With consul 1.13 we have a code that is used to connect to the consul envoy sidecar with the 20000 port to check if the sidecar exists.

Once we upgraded to consul 1.14 we were not able to connect to the 20000 port to the consul dataplane side car.

Doesn't the dataplane side car expose any port? or else what the right port to connect to?
