Description

Post-0.49 migration in testnet we have observed logs such as,

IterableStorageManager - Failed link management when removing 859553b31bbee2d208506665c1c6a79004f977dfb1f57cff1163a2a392140d10; will be unable to expire all slots for this contract
java.lang.NullPointerException: Missing next key c936f609dbd3deec4c5e2579f900c3261c94f67d584e0a52a96a28e8fa1a75b3
	at java.base/java.util.Objects.requireNonNull(Objects.java:360) 

Steps to reproduce

Migrate from the 0.49 upgrade testnet freeze state and replay transactions.
