app datasets are shown alongside regular datasets

not sure if it's intended or not, but app datasets are shown for example, in the homepage featured datasets, or in datasets page / search results etc.. I assume they will also be returned in dataset APIs

I think it might be better to use groups schemas as we use for automation and settings
