geojson resource - looks like x/y columns are switched

in this resource, it looks like x and y columns are switched (x should be y and vice-versa)

the problem seems to be with the source data and not the geojson processing

looks like X and Y are still switched, why was the issue closed?

Jerusalem is on X = lon = 35.217018 , Y = lat = 31.771959
