Chosen "disabled" not respecting default option

I don't think issue #67 was fully fixed. When I set my select to disabled with a default option selected, I get a chosen select box that populates my default option as expected. However, if I click the dropdown I still get the "Select One" option, which if clicked by accident overwrites my default option. At that point the default option is gone and cannot be selected again by the user. So the disabled option isn't really being respected by Chosen after all, at least not with respect to having a default option displayed as well.
