We still get phantomjs zombies occasionally. One of those tricky non-deterministic bugs.

We should do some logging/profiling. Until then, let's just set a timeout in rasterize.js that kills the process if it runs for a minute or two.

Did some playing and I can't nail down what's causing this. Looks like plenty of other folks are having the same issue, ariya/phantomjs#10832

I'm going to close this for now. We're running the latest PhantomJS. Hopefully the next PhantomJS releaese will fix this.
