Hello, all who are making this program a huge success!

I'd been eager for a few years to see the opening up of bulk downloads for all jurisdictions; there are a number of issues concerning this.

The case.law domain keeps a lock on jurisdictions which are considered 'closed'; only four states are bulk-accessible:
https://case.law/download/bulk_exports/latest/by_jurisdiction/case_text_open/

Based on #2135 the plan seems to be an upload to Dataverse; this is the assumed new home for the records:
https://dataverse.harvard.edu/dataverse/caselawaccess

The Illinois collection seems to be uploaded there already, and others are planned to be added this year. Can someone share more of the schedule for uploading to Dataverse?

Additionally, are there plans to add new records to the collection as more cases are added to the archives? Is this going to be a 'benchmark' collection that only spans through 2024, or is there any group able to keep running the scan / OCR / publication process in the background, once the records are held on Dataverse?

Eager to help plan for y our success!
