publisher synchronisation

Dear Alain

we believe that the issue is related to synchornisation of the publisher, could you confirm?
if you share the same opinion; how could we avoid this? is it possible to import once the publisher ( see image) ? or should we rewrite the code and redesign a synchronisation process on the publisher (reference https://golang.org/pkg/sync/ )

our environnement : golang version 1.7.6 and os linux ubuntu 16.04
